
How to Schedule an Appointment
For new clients or new services please text the following:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged a nonrefundable fee of 50% of the hair service total. No shows are charged in full.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service for which you have been scheduled and will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
No Show Policy
If Salon Alexandria is not notified that you are unable to make your appointment and you do not physically come in for your set hair appointment, you will be charged 100% of the hair service scheduled on date of your appointment.
No Additional Guests, Children, or Animals
For the safety and comfort of our guests and sanitation of our salon, Salon Alexandria does not allow children, animals, or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
Confirmation Text Policy
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that will require you to confirm within 24 hours of booking your appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment may be cancelled. Please understand that is is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment, and a cancellation fee.
Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds on hair services under any circumstance.
We offer exchange of unopened retail products purchased within 7 days of the date the retail product was purchased. *Hair extensions not included.*
Changing Service Policy
We understand you may change your mind about the service you receive during your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if the service you are wanting to receive changes. Any service changes after 24 hours will be charged original service scheduled.
